He's also consulted and served as a board advisor to multiple early and growth stage tech companies, working with CEOs and board members to establish repeatable revenue growth in their teams. Most recently he lead Handshake's sales org from seed to acquisition by Shopify in early 2019.
Mike Glaicar is the Founder & CEO of TrueConnect.io a next generation sales engagement platform focused on bringing human connection back to business. In addition to leading TrueConnect.io, Mike is a start-up coach helping early stage companies develop and execute sales processes focused on rapid growth. Mike previously served as Account Director at Fast Company Magazine.

He is passionate about helping startups and early stage firms with their efforts to achieve accelerated growth in revenue and customer acquisition, and enjoys working with the core team in these firms to grow their sales and “go-to-market” skills.
